Trust Is a Vulnerability
A $400,000 cargo theft didn’t happen with guns or force — it happened through trust. One unverified handoff was all it took.

$400,000 in lobsters. Stolen.
Cargo theft.
Not with guns.
With an email.
The thieves impersonated a carrier.
Picked up the load.
Drove away.
Cargo theft costs billions annually.
But that’s not the point.
The point is this:
Someone found the seam in the system — the handoff moment where trust is assumed, not verified.
Your business has these moments too.
Vendor onboarding.
Payment authorization.
Partner access.
Somewhere, you’re handing over the keys based on an email.
The question isn’t whether your systems have gaps.
The question is who finds them first.
